Privacy Policy

Account: your email address, an optional display name, and your password, which is stored only by our authentication provider in hashed form. We never see or store your password.

Preferences: your language, country, currency, favourite stores and alert settings.

Saved items: deals and searches you choose to save.

Search activity: we record operational details of each search — such as which data sources were used, how many results were returned, timing, and how many Shopping Credits were used — so we can measure reliability and cost.

Search text: the text of your searches may be stored temporarily to help us troubleshoot problems and improve shopping and coupon matching. After 30 days, the search text is redacted and the link to your account is removed. Detailed search records are permanently deleted after 90 days.

We may keep anonymized or aggregated analytics, which do not identify you, for product, reliability and business analysis.

Membership and credit records: your subscription status, billing period dates and credit usage.

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never received, processed or stored by our application.

We store only the subscription identifiers, status and period dates that Paddle sends us.

To interpret your request and write explanations, your search text is sent to our AI provider through the Lovable AI Gateway. It is used to produce your answer, not to identify you; we do not send your email address or account details with it.

We use storage on your device for essential purposes only: keeping you signed in and remembering your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

To provide search, membership and Shopping Credits; to keep your account secure; to prevent abuse; to operate billing; and to monitor reliability and cost.

We do not sell your personal information.

Authentication, database and hosting infrastructure (to run the app), Paddle (payments and subscriptions), and our AI provider via the Lovable AI Gateway (to generate answers). Public web sources may be queried for offer research, without your identity.

Your account data is protected by server-side access rules so that one customer cannot read another customer's data. Payment and service secrets exist only on the server and are never sent to the browser.

We keep account, membership and operational records while your account exists and for as long as needed for billing and security records.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at billing@proawi.com. Some billing records are kept by our payment provider where required.
