Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from your Profile page using “Manage membership”, which opens Paddle’s secure billing portal.

After you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. It will not renew, and you will not be charged again.

Pricing for reference: the first month is $4.99, then $9.99 per month until you cancel.

Coupon Sahl AI subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee for any period.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights, or Paddle’s applicable buyer and refund policies. Nothing in this policy waives any mandatory consumer right.

To make a request, including for a charge you believe was made in error, email billing@proawi.com with the email address on your account. Eligible requests are handled through Paddle where applicable, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

Shopping Credits have no cash value and are not refundable separately from the membership.
